must be submitted by March 27, 2012 with:
 
                                a) Plagiarism/Photo-Press Release Waiver*  CLICK HERE
                                  b) Entry fee* must be received by March 30 in order for your entry to be registered

4. Biological Projects Form  (Download the Biological Form and complete ONLY if you have a Life Science Project that uses animals or humans, mold, fungi, or bacteria.)
